Our online store as always is open for orders and operating as usual.

The company is continually operating with a significantly reduced number of dedicated and hardworking staff; their mission is the same as it has always been. Our number one priority is to you, the customer. We are all working hard to ensure you receive your goods in a timely manner.

However, due to the ongoing circumstances, we are experiencing very high demand. Whilst we are doing our best to ensure a fast delivery, you may experience some delays.

If you have placed larger orders with us, you may only receive a partial delivery. This may be due to the supply chain disruption, again we ask you to remain patient and we can assure you that your complete order will be dealt with as a matter of urgency.

We are all continuing to work hard and give our absolute all for every single one of you. I wish to thank everyone for their understanding and continued support during this challenging period.

However, due to the circumstances, there may be a small chance you experience a delay in receiving your goods. We simply ask you to remain patient and know that everyone here is doing whatever it takes to get you your orders.

If you have placed larger orders with us, you may only receive a partial delivery. This may be due to our supply chain disruption, again we ask you to remain patient and we assure that you will get the rest of your order as a matter of priority.

We are still open for business as usual however our supplier chain has been interrupted for a selection of our products. Whilst we carry a vast range of stock there are certain items that we are out of stock of and our stock system is currently not updating our site. If you require goods urgently please call prior to placing your order so we can confirm an ETA. Sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.

RETURNS

Easy Returns 14 Days No Quibble policy – all orders are exempt from this policy until restrictions are lifted by the government.

The no quibble returns procedure will resume when normal trading resumes.
