Bulldog Premier Fireman's Coal Shovel

Bulldog Fireman's shovel is an exact replica of the shovels traditionally used to feed coal on steam trains. It is designed with a 'T' handle for grip and leverage. A wooden handle is used exactly as on the originals to give the same feels and grip. After months of use on the deck of a locomotive the shovel handle would have moulded to the shape of the fireman's hands. The head is solid forged for superior strength and durability. Each shovel is individually forged so no finish is identical.
